2. How can I connect my Social Media to iReview so that I can gather reviews from them?

When you Log-in under Reviews/ Connection You will be able to Connect Facebook and Google with the simple Connect Button. If you want to gather reviews from Yelp or other Social media , you need to go under Reviews/ Review Source , you press the Add Source button and simply paste the url.

3. How can I add more than one Location?

Right now it is not available for you to add one Location after you have created your account but Support will gladly help you out. Simply give us a call or shoot us an email with the correct information for the location that you want to add and you will be able to see your location being added in just a couple of minutes.

4. Can I have someone manage my reviews for me?

Yes you can have our Support manage your reviews if you choose the Full Service Plan. But also you can create a sub-account if you want someone to manage your reviews. Go under Account / User Management and simply press the “ Add a new User “ button.

5. How long does the Demo Last?

You can use the Demo version of your account on iReview for 30 days.

6. How can I cancel my Subscription?

You simply contact the iReview Support team via email if your subscription with iReview is monthly, and we will be able to cancel your subscription and your Account will gather reviews until the last payment.

7. How can i create the Landing Page URL from iReview?

You simply contact the iReview Support team via email or you can call them and request a Landing Page URL. They will design it with your Company Logo, edit the Buttons and submit it to you.

8.How do I process the Payment?

You will use the Ipaymer Feature as an option when you log in.When you click on Ipaymer simply fill out your credit card information and you should be set.

9. How to set up Notifications?

Under Account / Notifications you can set up Notifications for: Daily Summary, Feedback and Notes.
