Our basement flooded. We called them. They came out. They cleaned it up dried it out and then we didn't hear from them for weeks. I kept trying to call. They said they would be coming. They finally came did some work and then we didn't hear from them again for a couple weeks. Finally came back finished the job. Then there were some things we wanted them to come back that we didn't see at first. Tried calling left messages and they still haven't contacted us. The 2 guys that came out to do the job that work for them are very nice. It's not their fault. It did take time for insurance to get back to us. Still they didn't show up when they said they would. Insurance company did take a little. I still haven't heard from them to come fix 2 things.
