Customer Care was the best and the car washing and tire and rim cleaning were on point. The car vacuum machine worked great. And it was very clean at this location.

The best of the WOW carwash chain I've been to. The Fort Apache is 2nd. Avoid the WOW Carwash on Craig and Rancho at all costs. Craig and Rancho always tweaks our side view mirrors. The employees there are either rude or clueless. The management treats the air fresheners like gold. If you ask for one they act like you want to repossess their house or something. I only use the WOW's on Durango or Fort Apache, depending on where I am.

My car wash at E.Lake Mead was great as usual! All the attendants are so kind & helpful. The wash itself is pretty darn good,!i love the way it leaves my car so shiny & clean!

The automated car wash does a normal job. What you'd expect. But what I like about this place is the amount of vacuums. There are at least two for every vehicle on either side. I've been four times, and the vacuums work great every time
