The Caesar salad is pure perfection. You can add a protein to it so I chose to add salmon. It was the biggest most beautiful and tasty piece of salmon I’ve ever had. I wish I’d take a photo of it.!
We had an amazing dinner at Crudo Taverna! Making reservations online was quick and easy, and parking was easy to find when we arrived. We were immediately greeted and seated, which made for a great first impression. To start, we were served the most delicious flatbread with olives and feta which had so much flavor and was such a perfect way to begin the meal. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and helpful, taking the time to highlight menu favorites and go over the specials. I ordered the salmon special: crab-stuffed salmon served over mashed potatoes with asparagus. It was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the veal and pork tortellini and said it was amazing as well. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
Went this evening with my sister, who lives nearby and has been before with her daughter. I live in Arkansas and work in Dallas from time to time, and am always looking for great places to eat. I come from a multi-generational family of foodies and can write a culinary tour for any city I’ve ever visited. Our food was as good or better than any Italian restaurant I’ve ever experienced. I had the baked eggplant appetizer as my entree - and it was enough for 2 meals. My sister had the parmesan crusted chicken & it was fabulous! I will definitely be back whenever I am in the area. As an added bonus, Art, the owner checked in on us. His story of coming to America as a refugee from Kosovo - was so inspiring! And we LOVE the fact that it’s owner/operated, something close to my heart. I cannon recommend it enough! We aill be back!
We chose Crudo for a special occasion dinner with a large group, and it was an excellent experience. They accommodated everyone comfortably, and the service was quick and efficient throughout the evening. The food arrived hot, well-prepared, and delicious. I would highly recommend Crudo for both a casual night out or a special celebration—this pleasant experience truly put the icing on the cake for our occasion.
This is my wife’s and my favorite restaurant — we come here about twice a month. The staff consistently makes the experience exceptional, and the food is what makes it truly unforgettable. It’s the best combination of food, service, and ownership I’ve experienced in a long time.
Crudo Taverna in Frisco is truly a gem and, without question, the best Italian food in North Dallas! We dine here one to two times a month and every visit exceeds our expectations. Arie, the owner, runs an exceptional establishment. Since purchasing the restaurant in 2023–2024, he has poured his heart into building not just a clientele, but a community. His passion for hospitality is evident in every detail. From the warm, inviting atmosphere to the impeccable service and absolutely outstanding food, not a single detail has been missed (they even utilize linens that are business friendly and don't leave lint all over your clothing). To enhance the atmosphere, they bring in musical performers to liven the mood and provide quality entertainment. The quality is second to none. Every dish is fresh, authentic, and thoughtfully prepared. What makes Crudo Taverna even more special is their willingness to accommodate. If you’re craving something that’s not on the menu, just ask. More often than not, they’ll make it happen. They make me a Linguini Alfredo w/ Meatballs that is to die for!!! Arie is a true family man who has dedicated his life to the restaurant industry since coming to the United States, learning from some of the best along the way. That experience and dedication shine through in everything he does. If you’re searching for exceptional Italian cuisine in the Dallas area, look no further. Crudo Taverna sets the standard. Highly, highly recommend.
A Five-Star Find in Frisco! We visited Taverna Crudo for the first time last Saturday evening, and it certainly won't be our last. From the moment we sat down, we knew we were in for a treat. We kicked off the night with a couple of glasses of Oberon Cabernet—a perfect, smooth start to the meal. For the main course, I went with the Pappardelle Bolognese. The combination of ground ribeye and pancetta in that herb sauce was incredibly rich and flavorful. It’s easily one of the best Bolognese dishes I’ve had in a long time. My girlfriend ordered the evening special: Sea Bass served with Lobster Risotto. She is still raving about it! The fish was cooked to perfection, and the risotto was decadent and packed with lobster. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the cozy bistro atmosphere. If you’re looking for high-end Italian flavors in Frisco, this is the spot. We can’t wait to come back!
I have vosited this place a few times and I absolutely love it. It has a very cozy and classy ambiance. The place, the food, the singer, and the service all amazing!
We LOVED it here! Had a special birthday dinner and they did not disappoint. From the moment we stepped inside, it had an upscale yet personal vibe. Every dish was excellent and the hand crafted cocktails were spot on. Wish I had snapped a few pics of the place but you can see the dishes were plentiful. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a visit.
