Crudo Taverna in Frisco is truly a gem and, without question, the best Italian food in North Dallas! We dine here one to two times a month and every visit exceeds our expectations. Arie, the owner, runs an exceptional establishment. Since purchasing the restaurant in 2023–2024, he has poured his heart into building not just a clientele, but a community. His passion for hospitality is evident in every detail. From the warm, inviting atmosphere to the impeccable service and absolutely outstanding food, not a single detail has been missed (they even utilize linens that are business friendly and don't leave lint all over your clothing). To enhance the atmosphere, they bring in musical performers to liven the mood and provide quality entertainment. The quality is second to none. Every dish is fresh, authentic, and thoughtfully prepared. What makes Crudo Taverna even more special is their willingness to accommodate. If you’re craving something that’s not on the menu, just ask. More often than not, they’ll make it happen. They make me a Linguini Alfredo w/ Meatballs that is to die for!!! Arie is a true family man who has dedicated his life to the restaurant industry since coming to the United States, learning from some of the best along the way. That experience and dedication shine through in everything he does. If you’re searching for exceptional Italian cuisine in the Dallas area, look no further. Crudo Taverna sets the standard. A Five-Star Find in Frisco! We visited Taverna Crudo for the first time last Saturday evening, and it certainly won't be our last. From the moment we sat down, we knew we were in for a treat. We kicked off the night with a couple of glasses of Oberon Cabernet—a perfect, smooth start to the meal. For the main course, I went with the Pappardelle Bolognese. The combination of ground ribeye and pancetta in that herb sauce was incredibly rich and flavorful. It’s easily one of the best Bolognese dishes I’ve had in a long time. My girlfriend ordered the evening special: Sea Bass served with Lobster Risotto. She is still raving about it! The fish was cooked to perfection, and the risotto was decadent and packed with lobster. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the cozy bistro atmosphere. If you’re looking for high-end Italian flavors in Frisco, this is the spot. We can’t wait to come back!
I have vosited this place a few times and I absolutely love it. It has a very cozy and classy ambiance. The place, the food, the singer, and the service all amazing!
We LOVED it here! Had a special birthday dinner and they did not disappoint. From the moment we stepped inside, it had an upscale yet personal vibe. Every dish was excellent and the hand crafted cocktails were spot on. Wish I had snapped a few pics of the place but you can see the dishes were plentiful. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a visit.

We recently visited this restaurant and were genuinely impressed from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, cozy and perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal with family or friends. Their firewood-fired pizza was the absolute highlight — truly exceptional. The crust had that perfect smoky flavor you can only get from a real wood-burning oven, with just the right balance of crisp and chew. The toppings were fresh, rich, and generously layered, making every bite unforgettable. While the pizza alone is worth the visit, the rest of the menu is equally impressive. Every dish we tried was flavorful, well-prepared, and made with obvious care and quality ingredients. It’s rare to find a place where everything tastes this good. The service was exceptional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, this restaurant is a true gem, one of our hot spots. Amazing firewood pizza, great food across the board, and excellent service — highly recommended. We will definitely be returning!

All around 5 stars. Best Italian food I've had since I was in Italy. I would highly recommend the Pollo Bello dish.
We just love going here for lunch! They make amazing flatbreads, which are delicious and generous. The owner/manager (I presume) remembers our favorite orders and brings our drinks as soon as we sit down. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere is cozy, they use tablecloths on the tables, and the bathrooms are sparkling clean. We will continue to return for the best flatbreads in town!
